Been on annual leave this week Tuesday went down with a bad cold Felt a bit better today, so out into the shed to make some ray traces up Useing 100lb trace and tightening the knot on the 4/0 hook, it slipped and the hook complete with barb went in to the side of my thumb upto the bone Tried to pull it out, no chance, so upto A&E, 3 injections later and they couldnt push it through, so it had to come out the way it went in !! with the help of a scalpel, nurse holding my thumb back and the doc sliceing Nurse said she hadnt seen one that big before, which made my day till i realised she was talking about the hook Think im going to take up a more gentle sport like cage fighting !!!!! See ya all saturday and it better be worth it ;D
